How to Make Soft Boiled Quail Eggs

Method

    Fill a pot with 6 Cups of water, bring to a rolling boil, then turn the heat down to medium-high. Use a ladle or spider to gently place the Quail Eggs into the boiling water for exactly 2 minutes and 25 seconds (use a timer). Remove the eggs and place them into a bowl of ice water for 3 minutes. Tap gently to crack the shell all over, take your time and gently peel the quail eggs. Enjoy!
