Super easy and super creepy Jello shots for your Halloween Party! The Jello shots are made with Cranberry flavored Jello and Vodka – you could use also use Raspberry, Cherry, or Strawberry. The bloody eyeballs take about 5 minutes to make, it’s just canned whole lychees with blueberries in them. Have a spooky Halloween!

Bloody Eyeball Jello Shots Recipe for Halloween

Ingredients

3 oz Box of Cranberry Jello
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 Cup Cold Vodka
14 Disposable Cups, 2oz size
20 oz Can of Whole Lychees
14 Fresh Blueberries
Red Food Dye
14 Toothpicks

Method

1)
Pour 1 Cup of Boiling Water into a Pyrex measuring cup or bowl. Add a 3oz package of Cranberry Jello and stir until it’s dissolved. Add 1 Cup of cold Vodka and stir to combine. Pour into 14 disposable cups and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Drain the can of lychees and pick out the best looking ones. Place a few drops of red food dye with a few drops of water into a small bowl. Place the blueberries into the lychees. Dip a toothpick or skewer into the dye and draw blood around the “eyes”. Place a toothpick through the eye and place them on top of the Jello cups. Enjoy and Happy Halloween!
