Ingredients

  • 2.25 Pounds Chicken Wings, (about 18 flats and drumettes)
  • 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

BUFFALO SAUCE

  • ⅓ Cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Texas Pete Hot Sauce or your favorite hot sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
  • 5 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, (taste and add more to your liking)
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Dash Worcestershire Sauce

Method

  • 1)

Place 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder, ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, ¼ Teaspoon Paprika, ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper into a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Brush the basket with a little bit of oil so the wings don’t stick and place the wings into the air fry basket/tray. (If you have an Instant Vortex Plus, you can use the rotisserie basket and be sure to turn Rotate on). Choose Air Fry at 400°F for 35 Minutes and flip half way through.

  • 2)

Make the Buffalo Wing Sauce, by combining ⅓ Cup Frank’s Hot Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Texas Pete Hot Sauce or your favorite hot sauce, 5 Tablespoons Salted Butter, ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, ⅛ Teaspoon Garlic Powder and Dash Worcestershire Sauce in a sauce pan. Turn on low heat and stir until the butter has melted. Toss the wings in the sauce and plate. Enjoy!
