This is a super simple and easy way to make Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream without an ice cream maker.  You only need 3 ingredients: heaving whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk and instant Vietnamese coffee.  If you love cà phê sữa đá / Vietnamese iced coffee, this tastes just like it! The ice cream is very creamy with a strong coffee flavor. *Watch my 30-second recipe video on Instagram 30-second recipe video on Instagram

You can find this G7 Instant Coffee at your local Vietnamese market or order it here.  You could also substitute this with 3 Tablespoons of standard Instant Coffee granules, if it’s extra fine instant coffee powder use 1½ TablespoonsNo-Churn Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream Recipe

The No-Churn Vietnamese Ice Cream was super easy and creamy. The hardest part was finding space in my freezer.
