Ingredients
- 1 Italian or French Loaf, cut in half horizontally
- ½ Cup Salted Butter (1 stick)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves, finely minced or pressed
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
Method

Pre-heat oven to 400°F. In a sauce pan, add ½ Cup Salted Butter, 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil and melt the butter on med-low heat. Once the butter is melted, turn the heat to low and add the minced garlic, cook on low for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley.

Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the loaf halves. Bake directly on the middle rack at 400°F for 9 Minutes. Place a large piece of foil on the rack underneath incase the butter drips down. Slice the garlic bread and serve immediately. Enjoy!
